About the instructor:
Priscilla is a fully-certified movement specialist who first encountered Yoga more than 10 years ago, ultimately becoming a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified practitioner. In 2012, she expanded her repertoire when she also became a certified Fletcher Pilates and BodyTree Academy teacher in all apparatus with the key motivation to improve her Yoga practice.

A shoulder injury 2 years ago set her back considerably as her Yoga practice was limited by pain and immobility. The Downward Dog is one of the fundamental asanas and builds your foundation for more advance asanas like Handstands.

This topic is close to her heart as she has committed considerable time and effort to study the intricacies of shoulder mechanics and applying them to get herself back to full recovery. She has designed this workshop to share her experiences and knowledge with the aim to encourage – injury free Yoga, movement longevity and even advancements in your practice. Come join her!
