Muscle imbalances occur when one muscle is stronger than its opposing muscle. If you sit all day at a computer or overwork your chest and abs, your shoulders are likely pulled forward creating an imbalance between the front of your body and the back.
Our Mobility Fitness Assessment is a one to one session (55mins) that takes you through 10 exercises to determine where the imbalances of your body are. that contribute to aches & pain and that reduce your sports performance.
After this session, you won’t have to go through trial and error to find out where the weaknesses of your body lies.
