After your Mobility Fitness Assessment, we will be able to recommend the areas of your body that you should be working on and design a program that is specific to your body.

This will help you to overcome any muscular imbalances or pain to fulfil your physical goals and to achieve performance in a more effective way.

You may choose to do these private session at times that work for you best.
