Dear Mummies! Many among us wish we had super powers to juggle the demands of being a Mum today. We've developed a workout to keep body and mind at peak condition to conquer yet another day! Join us to unleash the force within.

This 90-minute session effectively targets common problem areas to help you firm up and get back into shape.

Our studio’s very own Supermamas - Kris Ng and Jane Fok, (assisted by Ruthlynn Tan) - will be leading the workout.

Hey Mummies! I'll be teaching a 90-minute session just for Mums at Pilates BodyTree East on Sat (30th Sep). It's easy to neglect our own wellbeing when we busy ourselves giving our little ones the best. As a Mum to a 3-month old baby girl, I'm just finding out that taking the time to tend to myself (like taking a 2-day Stretch workshop this past weekend thanks to my husband's support) means I come home to my baby a more refreshed, present and better Mum!
